Abstract
So far, Mathematica has been used mainly either in teaching as a support
for classical courses, or in research as a computing environment. However,
it could be assigned a wider and more profound role in mathematics and
mathematical education. In particular, it could support, facilitate and
accelerate the integration of algorithmic aspects into the corpus of mathematics.
